Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
By using LiveResults, its OBS overlay widgets, OBS Configurator, and data feeds, you agree
to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
1. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer
LiveResults and its overlays are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS
AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or
otherwise (including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
2. No Guarantee on Scores, Latency, or Continuous Updates (No SLA)
Match scores, clocks, player events (goals, cards, substitutions), and betting odds are aggregated
automatically from third-party public feeds (including ESPN). We make NO COMMITMENTS OR
GUARANTEES regarding:
- The real-time accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of scores and match clocks.
- Zero-latency or synchronization with TV or satellite live broadcasts.
- Uninterrupted or bug-free availability of data feeds or server connections. Upstream feeds may
rate-limit, delay, or cease without notice.
3. Strict Non-Reliance for Sports Betting & Gambling
LiveResults is an entertainment and broadcast graphics tool. It is NOT an official sports
betting service or price feed. Betting odds displayed are purely informational. WE EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES, LOST WAGERS, OR BETTING DECISIONS made on the
basis of scores, odds, or alerts displayed by this service.
4. Streamer & Platform Operation Liability
You are solely responsible for your stream configuration. We assume no liability for stream disruptions,
frame drops, browser source performance, or third-party platform actions (Twitch, YouTube) resulting from
overlay usage.
5. Non-Affiliation & Intellectual Property
LiveResults is an independent open-source project and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by
UEFA, FIFA, Premier League, Serie A, NBA, ESPN, or any club. All trademarks and club crests belong to their
respective owners (nominative fair use).
Data Protection · GDPR Compliant
Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
LiveResults ("we", "our", or "the service") is committed to protecting your privacy and
being transparent about our data practices. This policy outlines how information is collected, used, and
protected when you visit our website, use the OBS Configurator, or run our real-time sports overlay.
1. Privacy by Design
LiveResults is built with a privacy-first architecture. We do not require personal
accounts, passwords, or phone numbers to use our broadcast overlays and configurator tools. We do not sell,
rent, monetize, or trade any personal data to third parties, data brokers, or advertisers.
2. Information We Process
- Technical Telemetry & Server Logs: When accessing our server or real-time SSE
stream, standard transient HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp) may be
processed in volatile server memory for network routing, DDoS prevention, rate limiting, and uptime
telemetry. These logs are automatically rotated and flushed.
- Local Configuration Data: User selections (selected sports leagues, filtered teams,
audio chime preferences, and display layouts) are stored locally within your own browser via HTML5
localStorage or URL query parameters. This data never leaves your client.
- Inquiries & Alpha Feedback: If you contact us via email or Twitter/X for early
alpha access or support, we will only use your handle/address to reply to your inquiry.
3. Third-Party Data Sources & Services
- ESPN Public Endpoints: Match statistics, scores, and team crests are fetched
server-side by LiveResults. Your client IP address is never exposed to external sports data providers
during overlay usage.
- Typography: Google Fonts (Inter, Outfit) are loaded via HTTPS to render the broadcast
dashboard UI.
4. Data Subject Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Under European data protection regulations (GDPR) and international privacy frameworks, you have the right
to request access to, rectification of, or deletion of any personal data you have voluntarily provided to
us. Because our overlay operates without user accounts, you can clear all stored preferences at any time by
simply wiping your browser's local storage.
5. Contact
For any privacy inquiries, data deletion requests, or questions regarding our platform, contact
us at: info@welivesports.tv.
Cookie & Storage Transparency
Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how LiveResults utilizes cookies and modern browser storage
technologies (such as HTML5 localStorage) to deliver seamless live scoreboard widgets and

functionality and user interface customization.
4. How to Control and Delete Cookies
You can modify, block, or delete stored cookies and local storage items at any time through your browser's
privacy settings. Note that clearing local storage will simply reset your overlay to default settings
(default theme, default league).
